It has well-kept rooms and amazing location right by the bar/restaurant next door, Duval St Southernmost point, beautifull sunset, jet ski tour, bicykles and great dining, and restaurants. 1 mile to Jimmy John's, where ready-to-eat food is served❤

The location right on the ocean was absolutely perfect, with a beautiful beach just steps away. Not to mention, this hotel is located right next to Dog Beach, which was a huge bonus for us as pet owners. Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

the hotel had a nice pool and a private beach which was a good place to relax and soak up the sun. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, and there were plenty of loungers and umbrellas. Additionally, the hotel had free Wi-Fi which was a plus. It was convenient to be able to stay connected and browse the internet without any additional charges.
I stayed at a hotel during Christmas and it was a total disappointment. First of all, the rooms were outdated and in need of renovation.

We purchased a piece of this wonderful community of residents and resort 2 yrs ago and it was the best decision we ever made. Understanding the location and how to get around will be the first steps to having an awesome experience here. Coconut Beach was not designed to be a huge resort with 17 million people, pools, restaurants so if that is what you are looking for then this isn't for you. We bought it because it has a Charleston type feel and is very small. This resort is for folks that want to chill and enjoy the ocean breeze, amazing views, and the charm of being surrounded by tropical plants and palms that create a magical oasis of peace and beauty. The views here are like no other on the island. Situated off the southern end of Duval St., it allows you to escape the mass tourists and relax in this tranquil oasis. The restaurant options are nearby, such as LOUIE'S Back Door, Carolines, and Abadonza. The resort itself has a small sandy beach and a pool and hot tub overlooking the water, creating an amazing view. The units are clean, well-kept, and have all been updated a few years ago. The lush landscaping and intimate atmosphere make it a hidden gem in Key West. I highly recommend this resort for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

As for the worst aspects, I have nothing to be said. The stay was truly enjoyable and I highly recommend this hotel.

Our recent stay at Coconut Beach Resort was fantastic. The location is perfect, right on the quiet end of Duval street. The resort itself is well-maintained and clean. We stayed in an efficiency unit on the third floor, which had everything we needed including a refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave. The pool was heated and we spent a lot of time enjoying it. Despite the small beach, the views were still great. The king bed in our room was very comfortable and the linens were of good quality.

Had a wonderful New Year's stay at this resort! The rooms were clean and well-kept, with amazing views of the ocean. The resort also offered easy and convenient parking, making it hassle-free to come and go. Additionally, the staff at the front desk were nice and helpful throughout our stay.
There were a few downsides to our experience. Firstly, there was a mix-up with our reservation, resulting in us not getting the sea view room we had initially booked.
